Domestic shipping charges and timelines?

Each of our products is thoughtfully made to order, and we’re committed to delivering your purchase as swiftly as possible! We’re taking additional safety precautions with our packaging and delivery processes, but you can expect your order to arrive within 10-12 business days. Ready-to-ship orders: charges and timelines?

International shipping charges and timelines?

For international orders, shipping costs range from ₹2500-₹3500. Shipping typically takes 10-12 business days, with an additional 6-7 days for final delivery. Thank you for your patience as we bring something special to you across the miles!

Which countries do you ship to?

We’re pleased to offer international shipping to nearly all destinations worldwide, with the exception of Pakistan. We look forward to delivering our products to you, wherever you may be!

Do international orders have customs fees?

Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. The charges levied vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (UPS etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at cord.orders@gmail.com and we will get back to you. The product bought will only be accepted for replace if they are intimated with in 7 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever. Note : Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.

How can I speed up my delivery?

How do I track my order?

After placing and confirming your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided. Once your order is ready and shipped, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Who handles delivery?

For domestic orders, we partner with trusted delivery services like Bluedart and B4 to ensure a secure and timely arrival. For international orders, we rely on FedEx to bring our products to you across the globe.

Is in-store pick-up available for online orders?

Yes, we’re happy to offer in-store pick-up for online orders! To arrange a pick-up, please contact our Customer Care Manager at +91 9289044698, or send your inquiry to cord.orders@gmail.com. We’ll be glad to coordinate the details for a smooth pick-up experience.

The product bought will only be accepted for replace if they are intimated with in 7 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.

Note :
1. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.

2. No Returns or Exchanges for Sale products.

3. No Customization Order During Sale.

4. Store credit along with coupon codes that cannot be applied on sale.

5. Since most of the items are made to order for which we accept only exchanges, refund is not applicable. We give store credit of 6 months validity.


In case of damage :

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else CORD will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. CORD will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of one month from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.

CORD acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
